How does it work?
Simply answer the questions provided based on your particular home or building. Your response to the questions gives us all the key information we need.

We service all of North Auckland! Our two main hubs are in Warkworth and Orewa, but we have many regular clients on the North Shore all the way through to Omaha. We can and do service beyond these areas, and we always do our best to coordinate it well with other jobs. If we are unable to do that there will be extra travel costs included in the quote which we always make you aware of.

We work rain or shine, and your house, gutters, driveways and windows can be successfully cleaned in the rain. However, if you would like to postpone external window cleaning because of rain, we will always do our best to accommodate.

No, you don’t need to be home! If you won’t be home, we just ask that you make sure all the windows are closed and locked. We also ask that if you have pets, you let us know and give any necessary instructions so we can make sure we keep them safe. Please note, if you have balconies that cannot be accessed by ladder, we will need internal access.

It depends! If you are living by the ocean (sea spray), by a bush (bee spots) or building sites (building dust), we recommend you have your external windows cleaned bi-monthly. For most other houses we recommend getting external windows cleaned quarterly. Depending on small children, pets and other things you have going on, we find internals can be done twice a year and stay looking great.

When you book a house wash with us, you can expect a thorough clean of the slidings. We also do the sliding trim, facia, window sills, external gutters, downpipes, pillars, soffets and rinse the windows. If you require window cleaning with a pure water system, that will be extra, but we do discount it when combined with a house wash.

We recommend once a year, especially if you have parts of the house that don’t see much sunlight or are concerned about algae spores, mould or moss growing on the house. However, most houses can get away with being washed every two years.

Sure can! We have equipment that allows us to do building and window cleaning up to three storeys.

Under the current Auckland water restrictions, we are able to use water for business uses. We are careful not to waste water unnecessarily, and are always open to feedback on how we can do this better. If water restrictions come into place for businesses again, we will bring our own non-potable water to site for window cleaning.

Most of our window cleans are internal and external, especially if it’s a one-off clean – this will always give the best result.

We do our best to make sure all quotes are sent out within 24 hours of a request. Most jobs can be completed within 10 days of making a booking. However, we always try to accommodate for urgent bookings such as for events, real estate photography or open homes.
